Hi, I’m Bianca! I’m a customer experience and operations leader with over a decade of experience growing post-sale teams at fast-moving SaaS companies. I've led global functions across customer success, support, and revenue operations during periods of rapid growth, international expansion, and acquisition.

My background includes building and scaling post-sale teams from the ground up, partnering cross-functionally with product and engineering, and creating processes that drive retention and expansion. I've worked with VC and PE-backed companies in influencer marketing, media tech, and Conversational AI, helping them strengthen customer outcomes and prepare for scale.

At Tagger Media, I led Customer Success and Operations through the company’s successful acquisition by Sprout Social. I built the entire post-sale infrastructure, designed onboarding and renewal processes, and worked directly with executive leadership to align customer strategy with business goals. Prior to that, I held leadership roles at Operam and Snaps, supporting both startup and enterprise clients with operational strategy and customer growth.
